Hello,
It’s Easter Sunday. I hope you’re having a lovely day— that you’re spending time with loved ones, relaxing, giving thanks, or whatever fills you up.
We’ve been working in the garden. I’m a new gardener. I got seeds for things I love but didn’t really know where to start from there. So, I asked my trust buddy, ChatGPT.
I use ChatGPT for all kinds of reasons. Ultimately, it saves me time in LOTS of areas so I can focus my energy on writing my stories, connecting with you, getting outside, dancing, and all the other things that light me up.
I got super jazzed about the plan that ChatGPT gave me for my garden. It’s fantastic.
I thought, maybe others would like to see this— not only as a guide to their own garden but how I used ChatGPT.
Here’s a guide from me to you. I’ve included the exact prompts I gave my AI friend and exactly the information I got in return. I use ChatGPT enough that its gotten to know me. It speaks to me in a way that feels personal and familiar. It saves me so much time. And, I’m discovering new ways to use it all the time.
Without further ado, here is the guide:
Rooted and Ready: A Friendly Garden Guide with a little help from ChatGPT
Whether it helps you grow your garden or teaches you a bit about ChatGPT, I hope you enjoy it.
Sending love

Rather than look to computer programs to tell us how to grow food and interact with the more than human world, I advocate looking to the wisdom of our own pre-colonial indigenous ancestors for guidance (yes even "white" people have them).
I explore more on what that means in this post:

ChatGBT is helping me in healing these days.A whole one to one therapy session with providing the resourcesas as well to go though my challenges. Did you try that?
